Water - used in cooking and cleaning
Stir deosil to stir in all the good things you wish for you and your family.
I have a "better for ya" brownie recipe that I bake for my Hubby. Always I stir this deosil, stirring in wishes for good health and healing.
Stir widdershins if negativity needs to be chased away.
Our family has a garden that we enjoy. We raise veggies and a few herbs.
Last year I became interested in preserving those foods that we are blessed during the summer.
I froze or dried those foods last year.
For each particular food I made up a chant to bless the food as I preared them for the freezer.
Unfortunantly I didn't write any of those chants down.
This year I am trying my hand at canning.
Something totally new for me and I'm very excited!

Last night I started working on blackberry jelly. Just picking the berries can be a magickal thing.
