To ease my sorness and heal my pain I took a soak in a HOT tub, with honeysuckle bath salts in a dim lit room with rain insence.
I stired the water widdershins and added amythyest and a green stone to the water and chanted

Be gone negativity soreness and pain,
Restore me to myself again.
