I felt the need to restore my love of self and my confidence. I did this through a cleansing shower.
Dim room, warm shower.
Rose scented insence, a potted minature rose with one bloom and a chuck of rose quartz, pink candle.
Cast a circle and asked the help of the Great Spirit and Earth, Air, Fire and Water to cleanse me and to accept and love myself for who and how I am. Ask that soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion be set aside from a common to a sacred use.
As I washed I asked that each charka be cleansed and that all negativtivy that may be clinging to me be sent to the ground. As it was rinsed off I asked that it be recharged for the good of myself and all mankind.
The conditioner and lotion was used to restore my love of self and my confidence.
I stepped out of the shower and saw a new person in the mirror.
I thanked and bid farewell to the elemets. I thanked the Great Spirit for all that I have been blessed with and opened my circle, leaving the incense and candle to burn out.
This morning, I found a new bud opening on the rose plant.
